Families and enrolments
Waitlist and online enquiry form, enrolment forms parents fill in themselves, children and guardians, rooms with ages, capacity and ratios, and weekly bookings that turn into sessions automatically.
Sign-in kiosk and daily records
Parents sign children in and out on a tablet at the door with a PIN. Educators record meals, sleep, nappies and notes during the day, and parents see them in the parent app.
Fees, CCS and payments
Fee schedules by session, CCS entitlements and reporting, statements, reminders and online payments by card or bank debit. Every invoice and payment lands in the ledger, so the books balance without anyone re-keying.
Staff and compliance
Rostering against ratios, timesheets and leave, staff qualifications and expiry checks, plus incident and attendance registers ready for the regulator.
Pricing
$1.25 per enrolled child a month, minimum $59 per centre, GST included. That covers the accounting and every childcare feature. No setup fee and no lock-in contract.
Can parents use it on their phone?
Yes. Parents get their own login to see bookings, daily records, messages, statements and pay their account.
Can I bring my families across?
Yes. Import children, parents, enrolments, weekly days and opening balances from a spreadsheet or an OWNA export.
Does it work for more than one centre?
Yes. Run as many centres as you like under one organisation, with staff roles per centre.
